I have just heard of your site. I live in the Isle of Man and yes there are a number of pony riding adults here too. I own a 2 year old Haflinger filly, I also have a 15hh Standardbred gelding who gets laughed at for being a shorty. That is until they try to keep up with him, lots complained about him on a couple of endurance rides. People have such a bad attitude to small horses. Gem my Haflinger is already built like a tank and will be capable of easily carrying an adult when she is fully grown. She was 2 in April 2007, this is her at her 2nd show this year (or ever), we came 2nd. She has now worn both driving and riding tack and just loves to go out, I'm chuffed to bits with my pint size horse.
